Rules & Regulations
Student Guidelines
To maintain discipline, academic excellence, and a positive learning environment, every student is expected to follow these guidelines.
Regular Attendance
Students must attend classes regularly. Any absence should be informed in advance by the student or parent.
Punctuality
Students should arrive at least 10 minutes before class time. Late entry may not be permitted without a valid reason.
Discipline
Students must maintain discipline, silence, and proper behavior during lectures. Active participation is encouraged.
Respect
Respect towards teachers, staff, and fellow students is mandatory. Misbehavior, bullying, or harassment is strictly prohibited.
Mobile Phones
Mobile phones and electronic devices must be switched off or kept on silent mode during classes.
Tests & Exams
Attendance in all unit tests, mock examinations, and assessments is compulsory for performance tracking.
Homework
Homework, assignments, and projects must be completed and submitted within the prescribed time.
Fair Practice
Cheating, copying, or any examination malpractice will lead to strict disciplinary action.
Academy Property
Students must take proper care of academy property, furniture, books, and equipment.
Fee Policy
Fees must be paid on or before the due date. Fees once paid are non-refundable unless approved by the academy.
Safety
Students must follow all safety instructions and help maintain a clean, healthy, and positive learning environment.
Code of Conduct
Violation of academy rules may result in warning, suspension, or cancellation of admission depending on seriousness.
